Mental Health Outreach
Reaching Out
We recognise the importance of mental health and the impact it can have on a person’s overall well-being. We offer an outreach service specifically for youth aged 16-26 and beyond – providing resources to address mental health needs, promote a healthy and positive mindset, and break down the stigma surrounding mental health.
Our mission is to break the taboo surrounding mental health and promote a positive and open conversation about it. By educating and reinforcing the message that seeking help is a sign of strength, we hope to build a community where mental health is prioritised – where those in need feel comfortable reaching out for support.
To provide comprehensive support, we work closely with mental health professionals to ensure that the youth in our community receive the best care possible. Our outreach service is staffed by knowledgeable and compassionate individuals who are dedicated to helping young people build resilience and overcome mental health challenges. Together, we strive to create a world where mental health is given the attention it deserves.
Join us in breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health and creating a better future for the next generation.
